Joey Rodin
Joey plans, leads, and coordinates all Baker Development related field work to ensure projects are executed efficiently and on schedule. He is known for his practical, hands-on approach and command of scheduling, organization, and on-site execution. He values the opportunity to see projects progress from initial planning through completion while collaborating with diverse teams to bring those ideas to life.
Joey began his career in construction as a field assistant and progressed through roles including Assistant Superintendent, Customer Service Manager, and Lead Finish Superintendent. He has overseen the successful completion of more than 1,000 luxury apartments and condominiums, with a focus on quality, accountability, and team coordination. Joey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Arizona and is Procore Certified as a Superintendent.
