She joined Baker Development Corporation in 2026, bringing experience in both commercial real estate operations and accounting - spanning property management, leasing, and financial reporting.  

Jessica holds a Master of Accounting degree, is Alteryx Designer Certified, and is a licensed Arizona Real Estate Agent. Her expertise in data analytics, including Power BI and Dynamics 365, provides valuable insights that support informed decision-making across the organization. 

Outside of work, Jessica is actively involved with the Arizona Humane Society and the Valley Kids Foundation.
