Prior to joining Baker Development, Miles was a Vice President on the investments team at Prospect Ridge, where he executed over $1 billion of transactions across the capital stack, including equity, preferred equity, mezzanine debt, and senior financing. He was responsible for underwriting, structuring, and closing investments across a range of asset classes and markets.

Earlier in his career, Miles spent three years at Starwood Capital Group, where he worked on approximately $5 billion of public and private real estate transactions, gaining experience in institutional investing and complex capital structures.
